San Giuliano Primer Private Estate Extra Vrigin Olive Oil Primer pronounced premier is a highly prized olive oil produced from specially selected olives grown on the Manca family estate. The Manca family has produced this oil for over a century. Primer was the families exclusive olive oil and the finest they produce. Created from a blend of several different olives. Several generations have upheld the traditions in this oil. Today the same skilled hands and eyes choose the olives which go into this oil. The same fragrance, color and flavor and lack of a bitter aftertaste are still the same characteristics of this oil today. Produced in Alghero in the region of Sardinia. Trancslucent, with emerald tones highlight this golden yellow oil. Fine, elegant hints of freshly cut grass and cherry tomatoes on the nose. The palatte is pleased with a smooth, well rounded flavor with hints of apple and banana. Use as a finishing oil for meats, seafood, and poultry. |
